Protective Hairstyle For Transitioning - Donut Bun

Transitioning from relaxed to natural hair can be pretty frustrating due to having to deal with 2 different types of hair! This video is a tutorial on a cute quick protective style donut bun. Be careful though, wearing this style everyday for a long period of time can cause breakage, so change it up often! On The Agenda: Apps With Ali MOA Event

This weekend I attended the Apps With Ali Event at the Mall of America hosted by Ali Shops. There were lots of fancy appetizers and drinks from FireLake Grill at Radisson Blue MOA, which I really didn't partake of since I'm prego. Most of the apps were raw or just didn't look very appealing to me. There were lots of fun things being offered like hairstyles by Blast Blow Dry Bar and Aveda was there doing beauty treatments. It was a very nice event but being prego makes it hard to enjoy things like this for the moment simple because I'm tired, sore, and my feet start feeling like they are about to fall off if I stand to long! So we didn't stay long but I was glad that I got to at  least attend the this great event!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Mine was ok, pretty much just sat in the house all weekend. I know, I need a life! Lol Well more like a job! Hopefully I won't be sitting around too much longer though, I have a interview at a clothing store tomorrow. I pray I get the job cause Lord knows I need it! Plus it's a really cute store, and I can dress in cute clothes and I need somewhere to carry this cute bag too. I recently ordered this handbag from JustFab called the "Penthouse" handbag. I love it!! It's perfect for spring too!

OOTD - A Spring Stroll

Spring has been peeking its face to us these past few days, but unfortunately winter isn't ready to leave just yet. The forecast says its going to snow today. How sad, I was getting use to seeing all the snow melt! Hopefully it doesn't stick for long because I really am ready for spring to come and stay! This past weekend I took advantage of the nice weather and wore this cute outfit! Being pregnant makes it pretty hard to fit most of my clothes anymore, and I can forget about my jeans, I'll never fit into those again due to my hip and butt growth. So I've had to be creative and create outfits with the clothing that I still can fit in. I want to get as much wear as I can out of this romper because I know in a month or so I'll be to big to wear it anymore but once I have my baby girl I will definitely be keeping this in my wardrobe.

Sorry I'm putting this out so late y'all. I've got so much I want to blog about I really need to get a blog schedule together. Unfortunately I only got a few pictures but I wanted to share with you all my outfit. These pictures are the first pictures in my pregnancy that I'm looking at them like "Ugh I look fat!" Lol my stomach is getting bigger and bigger and is no longer possible to hide. Not that I want to hide it, I love my baby bumb! I better start getting use to it because I've got 4 more months to go till my due date. I'll be 23 weeks on Sunday which is a bit over 5 1/2 months. I actually have one more week left till I'm 6 months. So yea, I've still got a ways till I can get my normal body back. I'm in no hurry though, I want my baby girl to stay in there as long as possible so she'll be 100% ready when the day arrives. In the mean time, maternity pants here I come!!

MAC "In Extra Dimension" Collection LIMITED EDITION

Sigh* I really really REALLY want this collection!! I love MAC and my favorite MAC product that I own is my Extra Dimension Skinfinish in Superb. I love it so much as a highlight I wear it every single day! So I know that these are going to be just gorgeous!!! I'm going to have to try to get some money so I can at least get one thing because I just don't think I can pass this collection up!
